In the Bible, one of the most courageous and spiritually powerful fasts recorded is the fast led by Queen Esther.<\/p><p data-start=\"694\" data-end=\"914\">At <strong data-start=\"697\" data-end=\"717\">Father\u2019s Farmacy<\/strong>, we believe that fasting\u2014when done prayerfully and with purpose\u2014can bring spiritual clarity, emotional healing, and divine breakthrough. Faced with a crisis that threatened her people, she asked for a fast\u2014not just for strength, but for <strong data-start=\"1181\" data-end=\"1190\">favor<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1192\" data-end=\"1204\">boldness<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"1210\" data-end=\"1233\">divine intervention<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"1236\" data-end=\"1473\">While the original fast was a complete fast, many today do a <strong data-start=\"1297\" data-end=\"1317\">modified version<\/strong>\u2014such as water only, juice only, or partial fasting\u2014for health and sustainability.
